About Us

Two mandates. One accountable group.

About Us

Health Connections operates across two mandates: governing national digital health and life sciences programmes for governments and public sector bodies, and enabling technology companies to enter and grow across GCC markets. Both run on the same principle – we remain accountable for the outcome, not just the strategy.

That access didn’t come from scale. It came from our founders – read their perspective below.

MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER

"We built Health Connections because the GCC needed an organisation prepared to own the outcome – not just define it."

Over three decades in the GCC, I saw the same challenge repeat itself. Strong technologies, capable organisations, and genuine ambition to improve healthcare – yet many initiatives struggled because the right partners, governance, and execution were not aligned.

What began through years of programme delivery, institutional engagement, and trusted regional relationships grew into something bigger. Governments and organisations increasingly ask us to help shape programmes, bring together the right ecosystem, and take a more active role in delivery.

Health Connections was built to close that gap – structuring accountability, aligning the right capabilities, and staying involved through execution and long-term outcomes.
